Abba Black Fine Grain Rum is a caviar made from herring roe that has small, fine grains of rum that go perfectly with raw chicken, half an egg or why not together with lightly salted chips with crème fraiche and finely chopped red onion? We use rum from herring (Clupea harengus) which is of the highest quality and comes from viable stocks in the North East Atlantic (Norwegian Sea or North Sea). We store the herring roe in barrels in our storage room in Kungshamn before it ends up in the packaging and then in your refrigerator. Fine-grained rum is an affordable alternative to roe rum, stone-bite rum, trout rum, sich rum and even Russian caviar that makes a great addition to any starter or brunch!
