Abba Red Fine-grained rum is a caviar made from herring roe that has small, fine rum grains that are perfect as an affordable alternative to roe roe. Caviar is a good taste companion with all types of potatoes such as hazelnut potatoes, smashed potatoes or why not fried potatoes? We use rum from herring (Clupea harengus) which is of the highest quality and comes from viable stocks in the North East Atlantic (Norwegian Sea or North Sea). We store the herring roe in barrels in our storage room in Kungshamn before it ends up in the packaging and then in your refrigerator.
