Abba Black Large Grain Rum is a black caviar made from rum that has large, fine rum grains and a healthy saltiness that makes most dishes a little more festive. Why not top the food herring, pizza or sandwich cake with some black rum? Abba rockfish roe comes from flounder (Cyclopterus lumpus) and is of the highest quality from MSC-certified viable stocks in the Northwest Atlantic or Northeast Atlantic (Norwegian Sea or Barents Sea or the Icelandic Shelf). We store all our steinbit rum in barrels in our rock room in Kungshamn before packaging it. Flounder roe, trout roe, whitefish roe, rockfish roe – there are plenty of options to choose from. Stenbits rum is our absolute favourite, which is a cheaper alternative to roe and goes well with most dishes. Rum sauce, Toast Skagen, raw shave, roe roe pizza, chips with black caviar or why not top the eggs with black roe and mayonnaise for Easter, midsummer and Christmas?
